General

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms of Service and pricing are subject to change at any time. The pricing the buyer is agreeing to is the pricing at the time of the submission of the form. Files will be sent digitally, in full resolution, via mail. Prints of the commissioned artwork (non-commercial) can be made by the buyer after acquisition of the files, but will not be made by me.
I (Odi.Arti) reserve the right to deny any commission.
There will be no NFTs made of my artwork.
You are not permitted to use the commissioned art (or any of my art) for AI.

Payment

All prices mentioned are in euro, meaning that the price may vary if your currency differs. Prices mentioned will have a +3% transaction fee according to Paypal's policies, as well as a currency converting fee that may change depending on the chosen currency.
Commission payment will be sent through Paypal Invoice in full prior to starting the artwork.
Prices mentioned in my "Commission Types" are for non-commercial use. For commercial use, please contact me via mail at [email protected].
A Paypal invoice will be sent within five days of accepting the commission and having sent the confirmation e-mail to the buyer. So long as the invoice is not paid, I will not start the commission. If it takes over a week for the invoice to be paid, the commission will be cancelled.
Refunds will only be given before the work has begun. An exception to this rule is if the work takes an excessively long time, however - meaning more than three months, depending on the commission type - a refund can be spoken of.

Process

After confirmation of accepting the commission, a Paypal invoice will be sent to the mail provided. After payment is received, you will receive a rough sketch ASAP. The work will be shown as a Work in Progress to be approved four separate times. This will happen in accordance to the following steps:1. Rough sketch
2. Lineart
3. Flats
4. Rendering (end)The buyer can ask for changes at each step, within reason. Be advised that some things can no longer be changed as soon as the flat colour or rendering stage has been reached.

Usage Policy

I (Odi Arti), retain full and exclusive rights to the commissioned artwork.
I keep the rights to the artwork - when it comes to posting the artwork on my social media, please specify in the request form that you would like for me not to post the finished artwork if you would rather not have it there. There is no extra fee associated with this.
The buyer may resize or crop the artwork for personal use, but may not alter it otherwise. When posting, please credit me (Odi Arti) as the artist.
My artwork will, once again, not be used for NFT's or AI.

These prices are for one character only. If you would like to add an extra animal or attribute (sword, prop, etc.), there is an additional fee.Every second character is 80% of the price.
Attributes can vary in complexity, and as such so does the price. Prices vary depending on complexity of the project.More examples of my work can be found on my social media channels on the previous page.
